Creator Agreement
Creator Terms
The understanding between Eldvale and the creators who publish here. Written in plain language — because trust begins with clarity.
You own your work
Everything you publish on Eldvale remains yours. Your films, podcasts, essays, photography, and collections are your intellectual property — always. We do not claim ownership, exclusivity, or rights of resale.
You grant us permission to present it
By publishing on Eldvale, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, stream, excerpt, and editorially feature your work across the Eldvale platform, newsletters, and curated promotional contexts — always credited, never repackaged or sold without you.
Only upload what is genuinely yours
You confirm that you own — or have explicit permission to use — every element of what you upload: footage, music, photography, voices, likenesses, and quoted material. Submissions that infringe on the rights of others will be removed and, where necessary, reported.
Curated review
Every work is read, watched, or listened to by an editor before going live. Reviews are personal, not algorithmic. We may suggest small edits, request context, or — rarely — decline. We aim to reply within two weeks.
Respectful participation
Eldvale is a calm room. Creators are expected to treat audiences, fellow creators, and editors with care — in their work, in conversations, and in any direct correspondence with the platform.
Removing your work
You can request removal of any work at any time, for any reason. We will action it promptly and remove the piece from all editorial surfaces.
Ending the relationship
You may close your creator account whenever you wish. We may end the relationship if work materially violates these terms or the Eldvale Standard — always with a personal email, never silently.
